About SushiCo
SushiCo is a restaurant chain that offers the three main flavors of Far Eastern cuisine – Chinese, Japanese and Thai – in a single menu. Working with 300 foreign chefs in 70 restaurants, SushiCo maintains its quality standards by sending experienced chefs to each restaurant opening. First established in Turkey, the brand continues to grow by opening branches abroad.
Menu and Concept
One of SushiCo’s strengths is its extensive and varied menu, which offers its customers a wide range of options. Bringing together Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisines, this menu is the key element that sets the brand apart. Customers have the opportunity to discover different flavors between these three cuisines, while the highest standards are ensured through regular hygiene and quality controls in the management of the restaurants.
Environmentally Friendly Packaging and Delivery
Delivery orders account for 35% of SushiCo’s sales. The main priorities are to carefully prepare each package and deliver it to customers quickly. The brand also considers sustainability in the delivery process by using special seasonal, eco-friendly and recyclable boxes. In addition, online orders can be placed through the brand’s websites and this system is used by more than 560,000 customers.
Growth Plans and Future Goals
SushiCo aims to reach 90 branches by the end of 2024 and plans to increase this number to 100 by 2025. The brand continues to expand with international openings such as Berlin, Germany and Skopje Diamond Mall in North Macedonia. In addition, new branches are planned to be opened in important locations such as Istanbul Cevahir Shopping Center and Tema World.
