Cremeria Milano is an ice cream brand founded in Prague in 2001. The brand is owned by Italy-based Food&Frozen s.r.l. and operates in Italy, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Turkey. Under the leadership of its founder Guido Benucci, Cremeria Milano operates through both directly operated and franchised branches. It also sells ice cream wholesale, mainly in the Czech Republic.

Gelato and Sorbetto

Cremeria Milano is characterized by the production of traditional Italian gelato and sorbetto. Gelato is a product containing fat such as milk, cream or butter and can also be prepared with fruit. Sorbetto is a fat-free fruit ice cream typical of southern Italy. Cremeria Milano generally prefers the sorbetto method for fruit-flavored ice creams and these flavors are made with all-natural and simple ingredients.
