Under the leadership of its founder Guido Benucci, Cremeria Milano operates through both directly operated and franchised branches. It also sells ice cream wholesale, mainly in the Czech Republic.
Gelato and Sorbetto
Cremeria Milano is characterized by the production of traditional Italian gelato and sorbetto. Gelato is a product containing fat such as milk, cream or butter and can also be prepared with fruit. Sorbetto is a fat-free fruit ice cream typical of southern Italy.
