Over the years, BigChefs has become the leader in full-service restaurants in Turkey and has built strong brand recognition in the local market. Today, BigChefs is a restaurant chain that blends modern and traditional flavors and offers a home-like experience.
Brand and Growth Strategy
BigChefs has grown rapidly both locally and internationally by offering a broad menu that appeals to A/B socioeconomic segments. The brand is characterized by menu innovation, high service quality, operational efficiency and a centralized kitchen. The company continues to expand its market share with the recent acquisition of the NumNum brand. Today, in addition to Turkey, NumNum operates in the USA, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Kuwait, Iraq, Azerbaijan and many other countries.
Sustainability and Social Responsibility
BigChefs aims to create sustainable values through social responsibility projects in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The “From Women Farmers to the Table” project supports local women producers and provides social benefit. The restaurant has also been awarded WWF Turkey’s Green Generation Restaurant Certificate for its environmentally friendly practices in areas such as energy and water consumption and waste management.
